
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The first image is a stock image for reference, and the second image shows the actual product that you will receive. Occasionally, the second photo may be missing if we’re in the process of updating or adding new products. If you would like a photo of the actual product, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
You can view your sales receipt under the My Account page. If you don't have an account, please contact us via email, and we’ll send your receipt. For sales made before 2025, receipts will need to be requested by email due to a website crash.
Plants and shrimp cannot be returned. If your plants are delayed by AusPost Express and are dying or dead on arrival (DOA), please send a photo as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to review the photo and, if necessary, send out a replacement.
Shrimp and plants are grown by us, not sourced from large companies, so when an item is out of stock, it means you’ll need to wait until it grows and is ready to sell again. If you have any questions about stock availability, please feel free to contact us.
We only send plants on Monday & Tuesday, Excluding Public Holidays
All other orders can be sent Monday to Friday morning
Orders received before 11am on Friday will be shipped in the current week. Orders from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon go on Mondays and all orders as sent ASAP. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order. Of course, this is just a guide & is subject to change occasionally.

We cannot ship Live Plant products to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory due to Biosecurity restrictions.
